Map Business also acts as a trading company in importing accounts and orders.

Below we will provide information about this model and the work we do in this type of international marketing service.

Why use a trading company?

There are companies that do not have a regular import flow and are always faced with changed legislation. Map Business provides guidance on managing documents, notes and accounting data that must comply with rules, laws and regulations during the product negotiation stages.

How does the account and order model work?

“Importation for the account and order of a third party is a service provided by a company - the importer - which promotes, on its behalf, the Import Customs Clearance of goods acquired by another company - the acquirer - due to a previously signed contract, which may also include the provision of other services related to the commercial transaction, such as price quotations and commercial intermediation (art. 2 of IN RFB nº 1,861/2018).”

Other information about the acquirer and importer

The acquirer (buyer/sold to) pays the exporter through its exchange channel and when the goods arrive, Map Business' work as importer (trading/ship to) sends the tax money for payment fees, registers the DI (Import Declaration), makes the invoice of entry and then we send the buyer the invoice of exit with the specific CFOP (Fiscal Code of Operations and Services) to avoid double taxation, in addition to many other services.

Remembering that the CNPJs of both companies will be linked in SISCOMEX (Integrated Foreign Trade System) so that Map Business can register the DI.
